An immersive experience of awakening
Hosted by Nicolò F Bernardi
On this special Friday night, celebrate the culmination of your week of great work with time for your body and spirit to soar. Come into your skin. Savour your essence. Allow your mind to refocus. Walk into your weekend open, energized, and renewed.
Culmination is a journey that weaves together a synergetic alchemy of Yoga flow, deep breathing, guided meditation, personal reflection through journaling, ecstatic dance and deep relaxation.
These are the forces that transformed my own life, powerfully combined in a spiral of mind, body and art. This practice is the culmination of my own journey of transformation and self-discovery.
This session will inaugurate the public offering of this practice, for the first time ever in Montreal, opening a cycle that will continue in the months to follow.
I am deeply excited to share it with you!
Culmination is an opportunity to:
Dedicate time to yourself, to recharge your mind and body
Reflect on your journey, past, present and future
Experience the wide spectrum of your presence, from the fiery, dynamic and ecstatic to the contemplative, peaceful and restorative
Allow your intuition to speak to you from multiple sources
Feel your heart, touch your humanity, connect within, beyond words

About Nicolò F Bernardi, PhD
I'm a yoga teacher, kirtan musician, music therapist, neuroscientist, mindfulness and authentic relating facilitator. My published research has shown that freely moving to music enhances pleasure and flow, that meditation boosts blood oxygenation and that when people come together they spontaneously tend to breathe together. As an organizational development consultant, I am passionate about spreading the practice of mindfulness to leaders, teams and organizations. The rest of the time I sit, breathe, love, listen, rejoice, struggle, dance and play.
