As a catalyst for inner transformation, my life work is facilitating processes to enable dynamic, positive life change.
I have a lifelong passion for holistic (body-mind-spirit) practices. This pursuit led to degrees at Montreal’s Concordia University (B.A. Human Relations, M.A. Human Systems Intervention), and broad continual training in practices such as: Self-inquiry, Somatic awareness, Contact Improv, Breathwork, Focusing, Circling, Nonviolent Communication, Psychodrama, and Family Constellations.
I am a member of the leadership team of Authentic Montreal, and have 15 years of experience organizing and facilitating groups, workshops, and retreats. These include creating a Men’s Sharing Circle, and the well loved monthly ecstatic dance event: “Flow,” which I organized for 7 years.
Out of these activities “Flowland” was born. I’m delighted to offer the community unique spaces and processes that can inspire and deepen people’s connection to their inner aliveness and to share it with others.
